pop – water and some carbonation
air freshener – ??? depends on what you are looking at (most commercial products I would guess have harsh inorganic materials in them)
Most organics have covalent bonds, Inorganic are mixed … a lot are ionic

I think there all ionic, but that’s just a guess.
